Refund policy
At Gogato, we strive to fulfill every order successfully. However, we reserve the right to cancel certain orders due to stock limitations, pricing or product errors, or issues flagged by our credit and fraud prevention department. If your order is canceled after your card has been charged, the full amount will be automatically reversed to your original payment account.
Order Cancellation by the Customer
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service team immediately.

Before Processing: If your order has not been processed yet, we will cancel it and issue a full refund (minus any standard banking or transaction processing fees incurred).

After Processing: We cannot cancel orders that have already been processed or shipped. Because we work fast to get your gear to you, processing can sometimes happen within an hour of order placement.
Refunds
We process all refunds through the original payment method used during purchase:

Prepaid Orders (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net-Banking, UPI): The amount will be credited back to your respective bank or card account.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be transferred directly to your bank account. You will need to securely share your bank details with our support team at support@gogato.in.

Timeline: Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to reflect in your account once initiated. Card-issuing banks may occasionally take longer to post the credit.

Non-Refundable Fees: Any shipping or COD convenience fees paid at the time of order are non-refundable.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your sporting gear. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept return requests within 5 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below. The entire return and inspection process typically takes 5–7 business days from the time we receive the item.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that your product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you can return it for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Inspection: Please inspect your package upon arrival. Do not accept delivery if the outer packaging is visibly damaged or tampered with.

Condition: Returned items must be completely unused, unaltered, in their original packaging, and must include the original invoice, tags, and labels. Products damaged during personal use do not qualify for a refund or replacement.

Manufacturer Warranty: For sports equipment that carries a direct manufacturer warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly to follow their specified repair or replacement procedures.
How the Return Process Works
To ensure a completely hassle-free experience, we offer two convenient return modes:

Free Reverse Pickup: If your PIN code is eligible for reverse pickup, we will arrange a courier to collect the package from your doorstep free of cost within 1–5 business days. Simply pack the item securely, hand it over to the courier partner, and retain the signed proof of delivery (POD) receipt. As long as you raise the return request within the valid policy window, any pickup delays will not affect your refund eligibility.

Self-Shipment: If reverse pickup is unavailable for your location, we will request you to ship the product back to our warehouse using a reputable courier service. We will reimburse your shipping costs up to a maximum of ₹120 upon receiving a valid courier receipt via email. Ensuring the product reaches our warehouse undamaged is the customer's responsibility.
Non-Returnable Items & Exclusions
For hygiene and safety reasons, we strictly cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following categories:

Swimwear and swimwear briefs

Men's innerwear and briefs

Sports supports, compression wear, or inner-clothing layers

Products that have been unsealed, opened, or used
Fair Use & Policy Protection
To protect the shopping experience of our genuine athletic community and ensure inventory availability, we actively monitor returns activity.

Policy Abuse: If an account exhibits an unusually high rate of returns or consistently rejects COD shipments, we reserve the right to charge a flat shipping fee of ₹99 on all subsequent orders, disable the Cash on Delivery option, or suspend the account.

Bulk Returns Fee: We reserve the right to deduct shipping charges of ₹99 per 0.5 kg of consignment weight if a user is found to be returning excessive orders solely to exploit credit card points, cashback offers, or engage in fraudulent activity.

Multiple Items: If you wish to return multiple products from a single order, please place a single consolidated return request for all items together.
