How Does the Delivery Process Work?

  1. Quality Inspection: Once our system processes your order, your equipment is thoroughly inspected to ensure it is in perfect condition.

  2. Secure Packaging: After passing final quality checks, the products are securely packed and handed over to our trusted logistics partners.

  3. Doorstep Delivery: Our courier partners will bring the package directly to your doorstep. If they face issues reaching your address or finding a suitable delivery time, they will contact you directly via phone to resolve it.

Please Note: We currently operate Domestic Shipping Only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

How Are Items Packaged?

How Can I Track My Order?

  • Dispatch Notifications: As soon as your order is dispatched from our facility, you will receive an automated email and SMS text message containing your tracking number and the assigned courier service details.

  • Tracking Status: Tracking details typically become active and visible online within 24 hours of the package leaving our warehouse.

What Is the Estimated Delivery Time?

  • Standard Timeline: We usually dispatch most in-stock orders within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Special Sourcing: We maintain a large majority of our catalog in our own inventory to ensure the most affordable and high-quality items reach you instantly. However, certain specialized items may need to be sourced directly from production to guarantee you receive the absolute best, fresh stock, which may slightly alter dispatch timelines.

  • Peak Sale Events: During major promotional or holiday sale events, dispatch times may experience slight delays due to high volume. Under such circumstances, we aim to clear and dispatch all orders within 5 days of the placement date.

Will My Order Arrive in Multiple Shipments?

Don't worry if your items arrive at different times! This is completely normal and simply means parts of your order were fulfilled from different warehouse locations to speed up delivery.

Rest assured, you will only be charged the standard shipping or COD fee (if applicable) once, on the very first package you receive.
